This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with relevant experience to gain hands-on exposure to complex, high-value claimant work and to further develop specialist expertise in this area. The Role The successful candidate will work closely with a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, providing day-to-day support on a varied caseload from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. The role offers meaningful exposure to claimant clinical negligence matters within a supportive and expanding team.
