Mortgage Administrator – Home Working 100%PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an Appointed Representative partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. Our highly valued AR partner are a very busy and hugely successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their large Admin support team with the addition of a further 2 experienced Mortgage Administrator.The firm have 18 high volume Mortgage Advisors and 3 high volume Protection Advisors and are supported by an Administration Team of 12 currently.The business are one of the top producing firms within PRIMIS and are a firm we are proud to have as partners.The administrator will be responsible for assisting the advisors in the firm, focusing on mortgage business. This employed Mortgage & Insurance Advisor job is available to takeover the client bank from a busy Director who wants to focus on strategic tasks moving forwards. The Director has a personal client bank of several hundred and regularly wins business from speaking at events This is ideal for a Mortgage & Insurance Advisor who enjoys being very busy, you could realistically be holding 10 client meetings per week. Due to the nature of the leads being from existing clients or from warm enquiries you should expect over 50% conversion rate! Your business mix will consist of both mortgages and insurance advice, therefore important you are knowledgeable, passionate and skilled in both areas of advice. It is important you work closely with the Director of the business, as he will be able to keep you well fed with regular, quality leads.
