They’re looking for a Merchandiser who brings strong commercial instincts, confidence with numbers, and a genuine love of fashion.This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. With no buying team in place, your opinion matters. You’ll add value through product insight, trading decisions, and sharp analysis, working closely with the Head of Merchandising and stepping up when needed.The RoleAs the successful Merchandiser, you’ll support the day-to-day trading of the business, helping drive sales, margin and stock efficiency across categories. You’ll analyse performance regularly, identify risks and opportunities, and propose actions to improve sell-through and profitability.You’ll be heavily involved in in-season trading, producing weekly reports, reviewing sales, stock and margin, and supporting decisions around launches, markdowns and promotions. You’ll also manage new orders, size ratios, option forecasts and repeat processes, ensuring the business is well-positioned to trade at pace.You’ll take ownership of key categories, contributing to range plans, forecasts and WSSI. You’ll work closely with production, eCommerce and marketing teams to ensure products are ready for go-live on Shopify and launches run smoothly.This role also has a strong data and reporting focus. You’ll maintain daily sales reporting, support forecasting and seasonal reviews, and use insights to influence future range and trading decisions.
