Add in beautiful, modern offices with designated breakout spaces (including a pool table), and a workspace designed for comfort, creativity, and collaboration, and you've got a role built for someone with ambition who wants to carve out a standout career.What’s in it for you?Work hours: Monday to Thurday, 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pmSalary: £28,000 - £60,00022 days holiday, increasing with length of serviceAccess to a health cash plan schemeContributory company pension schemeRetail discountsMerchandiser Responsibilities:Take full ownership of certain product areas, whilst supporting the Senior Merchandiser and helping to shape the future of the business through effective merchandising strategiesPartner with the wider merchandising team to build and deliver compelling strategy packs, ensuring accurate product attribution across the rangeWork hand-in-hand with the buying team to shape seasonal strategies, turning data into clear, commercial insight through KPI reporting and analysisAnalyse performance data to spot trends, hero products, must-haves, and best sellers, feeding actionable insight back to the buying teamIdentify and manage core lines to strike the right balance between stock availability, sell-through, and reduced terminal stockDeliver ad-hoc analysis to support trading decisions and longer-term strategy across merchandising and buying teams Manage new product launches, ensuring ranges land on time, in line with buying plans and timelinesTrack sales performance against the WSSI, quickly identifying underperformance and taking proactive action to drive sales and maximise marginShare performance insights and KPIs with the buying team, flagging risks early and recommending solutionsReview stock distribution and work closely with the wider merchandising and warehouse teams to optimise stock flow across stores and onlineOversee delivery commitments and cost changes, ensuring all product lines remain on track and aligned with wider departmental goalsMerchandiser Skills and Experience:Proven experience in a similar merchandising role, ideally within retail or e-commerceExposure to end-to-end seasonal planning, forecasting, and strategyStrong analytical capability, confident in turning complex data into clear, commercial insightExcellent attention to detail, paired with strong organisation and administration skillsA collaborative, proactive mindset with a genuine passion for driving commercial performance and maximising margins
