Overall Purpose of this role of Social Media Executive To assist and contribute to the day-to-day management and ongoing development of ICAEW's global social media networks. Collaborating with multiple departments to create innovative content, provide creative input and support with strategy, and enhance the visibility of products, events, and the brand through our social media platforms. In this role, you'll be collaborating closely with the Senior Social Media Manager, contributing significantly to devising and implementing social media content, campaigns and data-driven, adaptive approach that reflects and enhances best social media practices. Social Media Executive Responsibilities include: Strategic Contribution:Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and broader ICAEW teams to develop innovative social media proposals, and creative content that combines the latest best practice with broader business wide strategies.Proactive Analytics:Use listening and analytics tools proactively to keep up with industry trends, track important feedback, and suggest creative strategies that can increase social media effectiveness.Impactful Evaluation:Implement a structured evaluation framework that highlights impactful social media campaigns and projects, while encouraging deeper analysis and a stronger understanding of key performance indicators and metrics.Performance Meetings:Contribute to regular meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss campaign performance, showcasing platform expertise, and offering insights to enhance strategies.Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong working relationships with stakeholders in international and domestic social media, recruitment, marketing, and member teams.Paid Campaigns guidance:Assist and collaborate with the Social Media Campaigns Lead in providing guidance and insights to ensure the successful execution and evaluation of paid campaigns.Collaboration with External Partners:Collaborate with external partners to continuously enhance social media output, focusing on improving content production, community moderation, and outreach strategies.Adaptable Duties for Growth:Embrace and undertake specific duties that may evolve over time, aligning with the evolving business needs of the broader Digital & Publishing teamsSpecific duties will vary from time to time in line with the business needs.
