Benefits: £40,000 - £45,000 salaryCasual dressCompany events and social cultureCanteen and discounted/free foodCycle to work schemeEmployee and store discountsFree on-site parkingHealth & wellbeing programmePrivate medical insuranceProfit sharing Duties of an SEO & Paid Media Manager: Integrated SEO & Paid Media Strategy Own end-to-end SEO and Paid Media strategy and executionUse SEO insights to inform paid targeting and paid data to refine SEOConduct keyword research and competitor analysisPlan and manage budgets with a focus on non-brand acquisition SEO Strategy & Execution Build and implement SEO strategies across product categoriesCreate keyword maps for landing pages and collectionsOptimise on-site copy, naming and messaging with an SEO-first approachCarry out technical SEO audits (crawlability, CWV, schema, redirects, hygiene)Support landing page optimisation and CRO testing Paid Media Strategy & Execution Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and MetaManage targeting, audiences and bidding strategiesWrite ad copy and collaborate with designers on creativeMaintain and optimise shopping feedsSet up and manage accurate conversion tracking and attribution Content & Collaboration Partner with content and creative teams to optimise product pages and editorial contentProduce SEO-informed content briefsRecommend seasonal and evergreen content opportunities Technical & Platform Ownership Use Shopify experience to improve site structure and SEO performanceOwn tracking setup (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel)Stay ahead of evolving search trends and AI-driven search features Measurement & Optimisation Track and report on KPIs including organic revenue, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPC and conversion ratesUse tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, GA4, Google Ads and Meta AdsTest, learn and iterate quickly based on data AI-Powered SEO & Efficiency Use AI tools to support keyword research, content creation and optimisationMaintain brand tone, compliance and SEO best practice What we would like from you: Essential: Minimum 3-4 years' experience in SEO and Paid Media within ecommerce or consumer brandsProven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and shopping feedsStrong technical SEO knowledgeHands-on experience with ShopifyConfident using SEO and analytics toolsAnalytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Desirable: Experience using AI tools within SEO and paid workflowsBackground in lifestyle, consumer or ecommerce brandsWillingness to roll up sleeves and su
