Hours: 36.5 hours per week Monday–Thursday: 07:00–15:00Friday: 07:00–13:30 (Early finish Friday)  Overtime opportunities available based on workload.Salary: £29,000–£43,000 per year (dependent on skills and experience, with clear progression opportunities).Bonus: An additional “13th month” payment in December (equivalent to 8.33% of annual salary), subject to attendance and conduct criteria.
