In this role, youll deliver 1:1 GCSE Maths and English lessons to students who need additional support. Were looking for someone who can adapt their teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each learner, helping them build confidence, enhance their subject knowledge, and achieve success in their exams. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored GCSE Maths and English lessons, adjusting content and pace to fit the learners needs. Support students in improving subject knowledge, developing study skills, and building exam confidence. Create a positive, supportive learning environment, fostering strong, trusting relationships with students. Track progress and provide constructive feedback to parents/carers or professionals involved in the students learning. Develop and implement structured learning plans, using a therapeutic approach where needed. Essential Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring Maths and/or English.
