Head of Marketing
We’re looking for a driven and commercially aware Head of Marketing to join an ambitious, fast-growing challenger brand operating in a highly competitive, regulated consumer category. The brand is at a pivotal stage of growth and is investing in senior marketing leadership to sharpen the brand and scale direct acquisition. This is a senior role reporting directly to the CEO.The Head of Marketing will own brand positioning, acquisition performance and marketing ROI, blending strategic brand leadership with deep performance marketing expertise.Core Responsibilities:Lead brand repositioning and sharpen the Customer Value PropositionImprove digital conversion performance through structured experimentation and CROScale direct-to-consumer acquisition within strict CAC and ROAS targetsOwn channel prioritisation, budget allocation and forecastingManage external agency partners against clear commercial KPIsStrengthen customer engagement, retention and lifetime valueAct as a senior commercial voice influencing pricing, proposition and go-to-market strategyWhat We're Looking For:Several years’ senior marketing leadership experienceA background in a regulated, competitive consumer category (e.g. insurance, fintech, utilities, telco, finance) would be beneficialProven ownership of acquisition cost, unit economics and growth performanceDeep understanding of digital funnels and conversion optimisationCommercially rigorous, data-led and outcomes-focusedMotivated by building a distinctive challenger brandThis is a rare opportunity to shape both the growth strategy and brand trajectory of a scaling challenger.If you combine commercial discipline with bold brand thinking, we’d love to hear from you.
