You’ll sit at the heart of the commercial function, working closely with sales to ensure marketing activity directly supports business objectives.If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with delivery — planning campaigns one minute and writing copy or analysing performance the next — this could be a great fit.As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and delivering a multi-channel B2B marketing strategy that strengthens brand presence, clearly communicates value, and generates a consistent flow of high-quality leads.Your focus will be on positioning the organisation as a trusted partner to businesses looking to address skills gaps, while ensuring marketing activity translates into measurable commercial impact.Key responsibilities Lead generation & campaigns Develop and manage integrated B2B lead generation campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, PPC, email and webinarsTarget enterprise and public sector audiences with clear, outcome-focused messaging Content & messaging Create high-quality content including case studies, blogs, guides and thought leadership piecesTranslate complex services and programmes into clear, benefits-led messaging for HR, L&D and technology decision-makers Email & marketing automation Own the marketing automation platformBuild and manage nurture journeys and email campaignsEnsure a smooth and effective handover of Marketing Qualified Leads to sales Sales & marketing alignment Work closely with the Head of Sales to align activity with revenue targetsProvide sales with high-quality collateral and support account-based marketing initiatives Website, SEO & digital presence Manage and optimise the website for lead conversionDrive SEO strategy to improve visibility for relevant industry terms Brand & social media Act as a brand guardian across all channelsManage professional social media activity, particularly LinkedIn, to build engagement and credibility Reporting & analytics Track and report on key metrics including CPL, MQLs, SQLs and conversion ratesUse insight and data to continually refine campaigns and improve ROI Essential experience & skills Proven experience in a hands-on B2B marketing role, ideally within a services-based businessStrong lead generation experience with evidence of delivering measurable resultsExcellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topicsConfidence using modern marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation, Google Analytics, CMS platforms and paid media Highly desirable Knowledge of the UK skills funding landscapeExperience marketing to public sector organisations alongside corporate clients Personal attributes Data-driven and commercially minded, with a clear focus on outcomesCreative and solutions-focused, with the confidence to try new ideasOrganised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesA collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with sales, operations and leadership Why join?
