Marketing Manager
Our client is scaling rapidly and investing in a dedicated Marketing Manager to supercharge brand visibility, events, and content output. This role suits someone who is genuinely hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can switch seamlessly between tactical delivery and high-level creative support. You will act as a core engine of the marketing function — executing events, shaping social media presence, producing video content, and creating eye-catching visuals. This is a high-energy role for someone who wants ownership, variety, and the chance to contribute to a growing brand with strong momentum.Deliverables (in order of priority)Event planning & management: venues, logistics, suppliers, merch ordering, travel, and full end-to-end execution.Video production: filming, editing, and delivering short-form and long-form content (interviews, reels, highlights, social clips).Social media planning & writing: ideation, scripting, scheduling, and posting across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Graphic design: creating posts, ads, and campaign visuals using Adobe Illustrator (or similar).Copywriting: sharp, engaging writing for captions, announcements, campaigns, and marketing collateral.Additional Value Areas (desirable)Experience creating and managing digital ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).Experience preparing award nominations, industry submissions, or PR-supporting documentation.Ways of WorkingBring a can-do attitude — willing to jump into both menial tasks and high-level work without hesitation.Be comfortable pivoting quickly between priorities in a dynamic, growth-led environment.Operate with high energy, initiative, and a proactive mindset.Collaborate with marketing leadership and external agencies to align messaging and creative execution.Experience & SkillsAt least 3 years’ experience in events, content creation, or brand marketing.Confident capturing and editing video for social channels (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).Strong capability in producing social content that attracts traction and engagement.Experienced in using Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent) to deliver polished design outputs.Proven track record coordinating suppliers, logistics, and event delivery.Excellent organisation, communication, and written skills.Comfortable working at pace with multiple concurrent deliverables.UK driving licence beneficial for nationwide event attendance.BenefitsCompetitive salary plus annual bonusUp to 6% employer pension contributionHealth insuranceDeath-in-service (4× salary)28 days’ holiday + bank holidaysPaid volunteering day
