Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Managing and updating website content to improve customer experience and conversionCreating engaging marketing assets including banners, social media graphics, email designs and landing page visualsWriting clear, creative and customer-focused content across digital channelsPlanning, building and delivering email campaigns, including audience segmentation and quality checksSupporting B2B marketing communications and wider campaignsReviewing website performance and using data to identify opportunities for improvementWorking with SEO, paid media, CRM and development partners to deliver marketing projectsExploring how AI can support smarter ways of working, from content creation to optimisation and efficiency improvementsThis role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on whether that’s creating a campaign asset, improving a webpage, writing customer communications or analysing what can be done better.About you I am looking for a proactive and commercially minded marketer who enjoys taking ownership and getting things done. You will ideally have:Experience within a digital marketing, e-commerce or similar marketing role (preferably within retail or a direct-to-consumer environment)Experience managing website content through Shopify- this is essentialConfidence creating digital marketing materials using design toolsStrong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detailExperience creating and managing email campaignsAn analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve performanceStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA self-motivated approach with the confidence to work independentlyIt would be advantageous if you also have:Experience working with e-commerce and marketing platformsKnowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimisationExperience managing multiple websites or brandsBasic HTML/front-end knowledgeAn interest in AI and how it can improve marketing activityWhat’s on offer?
