Marketing & Communications Officer - £38k to £48k - SE London & BromleyThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing & Communications Officer to support the Marketing & Project Growth Department to strengthen internal engagement and external visibility through high-quality, values-led marketing and communications. The role delivers creative and digital activity across multiple channels, ensuring brand, voice and messaging are consistent, accurate and professionally represented. This is a not-for-profit, leading housing and supported living organisation for vulnerable adults who suffer from mental health and living in a supported housing environment.SALARY ETC:£38k to £48k + excellent benefits such as enhanced holidays, academic support and career progression, good pension scheme, referral scheme, employee support programme etc.Will be working in 2 locations/offices, being Bromley and SE London.37.5 hours/week between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, (flexible on times but within the core hours of 8am and 6pm, so could be 8am to 4:30pm, 9am to 5:30pm, etc), with occasional out of hours work required.Permanent, full-time.REQUIREMENTS:A Degree in a relevant discipline, such as marketing, communications and digital media.To have at least 5 years’ professional experience in marketing, digital media and communications.Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) skills.Experience using website CMS platforms and managing social media channels marketing and campaigns.Ability to create and edit digital content (images, GIFs, short-form media).Photography and ideally videography skillsWorking knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn).Basic SEO knowledge (ideally including GEO / AI search optimisation).5 years’ experience using digital platforms, experience supporting or coordinating events and exhibitions, experience in supplier management and procurement.DUTIES TO INCLUDE:Create and deliver newsletters, internal updates, blogs, marketing collateral, social media, and execute multi-channel campaigns. Support the planning, coordination, content collection and formatting for the newsletter.Maintain compliance with latest Health & Social Care terminologies.Develop testimonials, case studies and impact narratives. Ensure and manage visibility across social accounts.Review marketing assets for accuracy, branding, tone of voice and policy.Produce branded materials Schedule, publish and monitor content across social accounts.Produce reports on digital marketing performance, campaign results, audience engagement and website analytics.Maintain mailing lists, segment audiences, execute and run email campaigns and track engagement.Stakeholder & Partner EngagementSupport the delivery of company events and company stands at exhibitions, including finding venues, planning, coordination, on-site setup, and post-event follow-up to ensure successful outcomes.Capture high-quality photos and video content at events, services and activities.
