Be part of the movement - and play your part About the role Working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm, the Marketing Administration Apprentice will be supporting our OBS Marketing team whilst completing a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship You will be responsible for: Day-to-day administration support such as booking team travel, pool car and meetings,Coordinating delivery of marketing materials to DFDS ships in the Port of Dover,Updating Purchase Order logs with invoice information,Raising Purchase Requisition's on behalf of Marketing Manager,Proofreading marketing artwork and recommending improvements. With on-the-job training, you’ll also get the opportunity to: Support with ad-hoc marketing requests from ships and port shops,Conduct marketing audits whilst travelling on ships,Work with agencies to create and deliver marketing materials. The OBS Marketing team comprises a Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive and Marketing Coordinator. This team runs marketing campaigns to drive secondary spending onboard DFDS ferries in the retail and food & beverage outlets enabling you to gain valuable experience within the passenger ferry industry. About you Our ideal candidate is someone who is a good communicator with proven organisation and time management skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. Given the nature of this role, applicants will need a valid passport and driving licence, and a willingness to travel.
