This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes cycling culture and understands the mindset, motivations and needs of cyclists. As part of a team, you will be responsible for end-to-end marketing activity, including digital campaigns, partnerships with cycling communities, social media, events and brand initiatives. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, including content creation, campaign management and performance analysis. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Marketing Manager will ensure maintains a strong presence within the cycling world while generating awareness, engagement and new client enquiries.Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management Grow brand awareness and generate enquiries.Plan and manage digital channels, partnerships and events.Identify opportunities to promote through cycling clubs, communities, influencers and industry partnerships.Monitor market trends within the cycling and fitness sectors to inform marketing activity. Content & Brand DevelopmentCreate and collaborate on engaging marketing content including social media posts, blog articles and promotional materials.Translate services into clear, compelling messaging for cyclists.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and channels.Develop storytelling content that resonates with cycling enthusiasts and promotes safety and awareness.Transform raw content into exciting and interesting forms for upload to social media channels and other platforms.Design & Creative Production Produce visual content using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.Design marketing materials including digital graphics, promotional assets and campaign visuals.Collaborate with external designers or agencies where required. Digital Marketing & Community EngagementManage and grow social media presence, building relationships with cyclists, clubs and industry partners.Identify opportunities for collaborations with cycling influencers, events and fitness communities.Support the promotion of campaigns, partnerships and brand initiatives across digital channels. Events & Partnerships Coordinate marketing support for cycling events, sponsorships and community partnerships.Develop relationships with cycling clubs, retailers, and cycling organisations.Represent within the cycling community and identify opportunities for brand visibility.Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in paid digital advertising, performance marketing or campaign management. Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads campaigns. Experience developing lead generation strategies and conversion-focused campaigns. Experience designing and managing end-to-end marketing funnels. Experience working with campaign analytics and conversion tracking tools. Experience in professional services, legal, finance or agency environments is desirable. Skills & KnowledgeExperience Proven experience in marketing, brand management or digital marketing.Experience working with social media platforms and community engagement strategies.Experience using design software to produce marketing assets.
