Your focus will be on unlocking growth through relationships, channel strategy and disciplined execution.Responsibilities: Deepening and leveraging relationships with national and regional merchants, distributors and trade partnersDriving sustainable revenue growth through improved channel focus, pricing strategy and customer segmentationTranslating technical product capability into clear, compelling commercial propositionsLeading and developing a sales-led leadership team with a strong performance cultureActing as the senior commercial representative of the business with key accounts and industry stakeholdersYou will inherit a stable operation and experienced management team; the challenge is not turnaround, but momentum, focus and commercial edge.
