The firm supports clients through acquisitions, disposals and capital markets transactions, providing high-quality, commercially focused financial due diligence. This is a senior opportunity within a well-established Transaction Services team, with genuine scope to influence the direction of the business, develop people and build long-term client relationships. The opportunity You'll play a key role in developing and growing the Transaction Services offering within Corporate Finance, working closely with Partners, Directors and other Associate Directors. Alongside delivery, you'll help shape service lines, mentor team members and contribute to business development. The role suits someone comfortable operating autonomously at a senior level, while collaborating closely with leadership and stakeholders across the firm.
