You'll be confident making day-to-day decisions, leading by example, and ensuring the building runs beautifully - while still being approachable, grounded and on the same wavelength as the residents you serve.If you come from hotels, hospitality, PBSA, BTR, residential or customer-led property and care deeply about service, presentation and detail, this is a brilliant next step. The Role Supporting the General Manager, you'll help oversee the day-to-day operation of a large, design-led building with extensive amenities. You'll lead concierge and housekeeping teams, manage standards across the building, and play a key role in resident experience, facilities, efficiency and cost control. This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in running a tight, well-presented operation. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of a premium residential buildingLead, motivate and manage concierge and housekeeping teams on shiftDeliver an exceptional resident journey from move-in to move-outConduct regular building, compliance and health & safety walksMaintain immaculate standards across apartments and shared spacesSupport budget control, rotas, utilities and maintenance spendWork closely with contractors on PPM and reactive maintenanceOversee apartment checks, changeovers and resident move-insBuild strong, genuine relationships with residentsSupport and promote on-site events, pop-ups and community activity What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in hospitality, PBSA, BTR or residentialHigh standards, strong eye for detail and pride in presentationWarm, approachable and confident - professional but never corporateComfortable working autonomously while reporting into senior managementStrong people skills with a calm, positive and honest approachInterest or experience in facilities, maintenance or building operations is a big plus but not essentialOrganised, efficient and commercially aware Shift Pattern Mix of 9am-6pm / 1pm-10pm shifts1 in 3 weekends (two days off in the week) Why Apply?
