Alongside residential work, there is also a mix of projects across other sectors, offering good variety within the role.The ideal candidate will have gained at least 2 years’ UK-based post-qualification experience and be ready to take ownership of projects across all RIBA stages.Working within a small and collaborative studio environment, you will be involved in projects from inception through to completion on site. Architect - Hampshire - Salary £37,500 to £45,000 Konker is recruiting for an Architect to join a RIBA Chartered practice based in the New Forest. This is a well-established and respected studio with a strong reputation for delivering projects across the heritage, healthcare, commercial, and residential sectors. They offer a supportive and collaborative environment where Architects are given real responsibility, exposure to all RIBA stages, and opportunities to work on both local and regional projects. As part of the team, you'll play a key role in developing designs from concept through to completion. The role will see you producing drawings, visuals, and models, coordinating with consultants, and making daily use of Revit and AutoCAD. You'll work closely with project leads while also having the independence to manage your own workload and contribute to decision-making. The practice is looking for someone RIBA Part 3 qualified with a good balance of design and technical skills. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes is important, alongside experience with Revit. Freehand sketching and model-making would also be highly valued. What's on offer?
