This is a hands-on leadership position where you will lead by example - supporting daily operations while supervising warehouse staff and drivers (including agency workers where required). Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating goods in/out activities, supporting route planning and delivery performance, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met. You will also contribute to improving efficiency, maintaining stock accuracy, and delivering a high standard of customer service.
