You won’t be “just processing shipments”; you’ll be the person everyone turns to when something needs to be delivered securely, compliantly, and without fail.What You’ll Be DoingManaging the complete global logistics lifecycle for high-value and technical equipment — from freight bookings and customs paperwork to shipment tracking and on-site delivery coordinationEnsuring all movements adhere to international trade requirements, internal standards, and compliance frameworksPreparing and reviewing documentation for customs clearance, cross-border movements, and final deliveryCoordinating intercompany transfers, depreciation considerations, VAT handling, and accurate internal record-keepingSpotting inefficiencies and introducing improvements across freight processes, vendor interactions, and workflowsPartnering closely with Procurement, Project Management, Data Center teams, Enterprise Operations, and EngineeringOverseeing returns, repairs, RMAs, and vendor-managed replacementsMonitoring logistics KPIs and supporting analysis of freight spend, vendor performance, and overall cost optimizationWhat They’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree plus experience in global logistics, international shipping, supply chain, or procurement operationsStrong understanding of worldwide shipping procedures, customs documentation, and multimodal freight operationsProficiency with logistics software, shipment tracking platforms, spreadsheets, and related toolsExposure to procurement or workflow systemsExcellent communication skills — the role requires frequent interaction with senior stakeholders across global officesExceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining complete and accurate recordsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret logistics data and translate it into practical recommendationsExperience supporting a technology, engineering, or financial services environment is beneficial but not requiredIf you’d like to work somewhere where your expertise actually influences performance — and where you’ll be surrounded by people who genuinely care about excellence — this role stands out.
