Required Skills & Experience 7+ years in warehouse/distribution leadership, with proven transformation success (e.g., led major WMS go-live, automation rollout, or site optimisation).Strong operational expertise: deep knowledge of best-in-class fulfilment (picking/packing accuracy, slotting, cycle counting) and 3PL management.Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in KPI dashboards, capacity planning tools, and financial modelling for capex/opex decisions.Change leadership: track record of managing resistance, training 50+ staff on new systems, and delivering measurable ROI on change projects.Technical skills: proficient in WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP, Iptor, MS Dynamics), MS Excel (pivot tables, forecasting), and emerging tech like AGVs or RPA.Soft skills: collaborative influencer who builds trust with senior stakeholders, motivates teams under pressure, and communicates complex ideas simply.
