As a global organization with regional manufacturing and logistics sites in Europe, North America, and Asia, we have created an infrastructure that services our clients with an on-the-ground customer-centric relationship but with the weight of a global operation.Specializing in a myriad of materials and processes, from folding cartons to rigid boxes and multi-material luxury production, GPA Global is the complete packaging partner for today's global brands.The role:Key Responsibilities: Production & Order ManagementOversee the end-to-end progress of all customer orders to ensure timely deliveryMonitor production schedules and proactively identify risks to delivery timelinesCoordinate updates to internal systems and order trackersSupplier CoordinationLiaise with outsourced manufacturers to agree delivery schedules and meet required timelineFollow up on open orders to confirm progress, shipment dates, and any delaysQuality Assurance SupportArrange quality inspections with internal QA teams or external inspectorsTrack inspection results, manage feedback loops, and ensure corrective actions are completedCross-Functional CommunicationWork closely with Project Management, Logistics/ Demand Planning teams to communicate accurate delivery dates and production statusProvide regular updates on order risks, delays, and capacity issuesDocumentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of production schedules, supplier updates, and inspection reportsPrepare regular status reports for internal stakeholdersEnsure all documentation required for shipping and compliance is completed on timeIssue ResolutionIdentify and escalate potential production or supply chain bottlenecks earlyCoordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues impacting deliverySupport continuous improvement initiativesKey Requirements & Skills: 2–5 years’ experience in production coordination, buying, supply chain, or operations within manufacturing, packaging, or a vendor-driven environmentExperience working with outsourced manufacturers or contract suppliers, ideally with international suppliersStrong follow-up discipline on open orders, lead times, and shipment confirmationsAbility to identify delivery risks and bottlenecks early and escalate appropriatelyStrong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (tracking, reporting, basic analysis)Comfortable maintaining order trackers, production schedules, and documentationClear, confident communicator with suppliers and internal teamsExperience working cross-functionally with Logistics, Demand Planning, QA, and Project ManagementAble to provide regular, structured status updates to stakeholdersStrong organizational and prioritization skills in a high-volume environmentWe are looking for a flexible, well organized team player who is not afraid to work with ambiguity.We offer competitive remuneration, private health insurance, income protection and life insurance, and 25 days of holidays.
