Patent Litigation Associate – London A leading European intellectual property team is seeking a newly qualified Solicitor to join its highly regarded London office. With multiple industry awards and a reputation for excellence in patent litigation, the firm offers a collaborative, inclusive and intellectually stimulating environment, alongside a genuine commitment to diversity, wellbeing and long-term career development.This is an outstanding opportunity for an NQ Solicitor to join a growing and dynamic team specialising in complex, high-value patent and SPC litigation. The team is heavily involved in multi-jurisdictional disputes and is at the forefront of Unified Patent Court (UPC) litigation, acting on a significant number of active cases including injunctions, infringement and revocation actions and appeals.
