Responsibilities Generate new business through networking, marketing, and referrals.Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.Negotiate tenancy agreements and manage the onboarding process for new tenants.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.Handle tenancy applications, referencing, and renewals.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the letting process.
