Lettings Negotiator
Newstaff Employment Services is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic team, within a successful estate agency in West London. You will play a key role in driving the success of the lettings team by providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include marketing rental properties, conducting viewings, negotiating lease terms, and managing the rental process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales acumen. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and match them with suitable properties, while also ensuring a smooth and efficient letting process. Responsibilities Generate new business through networking, marketing, and referrals.Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.Negotiate tenancy agreements and manage the onboarding process for new tenants.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.Handle tenancy applications, referencing, and renewals.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the letting process. Requirements Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or in a related sales role is preferred.Strong understanding of the lettings market and associated legal requirements.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proven ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
