Key Responsibilities Legal Advisory: Provide expert advice to the board and wider business on mergers and acquisitions, finance, and associated company and commercial law.Contract Management: Draft, negotiate, and manage a full suite of contractual documents, including SPAs, disclosure letters, loan agreements, and security documents.Risk Management: Ensure that legal risks are appropriately managed and relevant securities are identified, drafted, and registered.Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular meetings to advise colleagues on commercial and legal risks, ensuring compliance with agreements.Reporting: Provide regular and bespoke reports to the Head of Legal and other stakeholders, identifying legal and contractual lessons learned. Qualifications and Experience Qualified SolicitorStrong background in mergers and acquisitions, company law, and commercial law, particularly in the B2B finance and/or renewable energy sectors.
