Established in 2008, Oyster Search & Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.We are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor EMEA, on behalf of a top-tier international law firm client. You’ll be responsible for, inter alia:Employee Relations - being primary contact for policy queries, applying advice practically and advising partners on employee relations issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management. Operational - maintaining relevant People data sources, working closely with HR Assistants to maintain and update systems (Workday) and employee records and preparing employee documents and paperwork including changes to contract and leave of absences. Annual People Processes - supporting the EMEA HR Manager in delivering the performance evaluation process, taking a lead role for London groups and leading on London salary and bonus processes and working closely with partners to review fee earner pay. Mobility - working closely with the mobility team, assisting with international assignment requests and business cases, drafting associated documents and managing client secondments. Suitable candidates will either have a background in Legal/Professional Services with at least 2-3 years HR experience and looking to step-up to an HR Advisor role for the first time or currently working as an HR Advisor and looking to consolidate this experience in a new role.Full details from Michael Pickup at Oyster Search & Selection.
