This role will sit across the Conveyancing and Residential Property team.This is an exciting opportunity for an Ambitious Administrator who is looking to be a part of growing, innovative firm that values high quality work, autonomy, and a customer-first culture. They are based on the outskirts of Rochdale, close to the Motorway junction, and will be fully office based Monday-Friday.Benefits:Salary £25K-£28K DOE36.5 hour working week including early finish friday33 days holiday including Bank HolidaysModern offices with on-site canteen / coffee shops and gymCompany sick pay increasing with years of serviceRole and Responsibilities:You will be responsible for supporting Solicitors with providing day-to-day administrative support from initial contact to completion of cases, including managing files, progressing transactions, preparing documentation and providing excellent client care.Manage a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from Instruction to CompletionPrepare, review, and collate key conveyancing departments such as Contracts / Searches and Completion StatementsCarry out Title Checks and Due Diligence including liaising with LendersMaintain accurate File Notes / DisburmenetsLiaise with Clients / Estate Agents and Mortgage Lenders to keep transactions progressing smoothlyWhat we are looking for:Must have some administration experience ideally 1-2 years working in an office environmentStrong communicator – confident talking to various internal and external stakeholders/clientsIT Literate – competent across various systems and Microsoft Office packagesCapable managing a busy caseloadLegal / Property experience would be beneficial but not essentialIf you are interested in the Administrator position, please send your CV to us or contact the ALF Team for more information.
