The Role: Senior Property Lawyer As a Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of primarily freehold sale and purchase matters, with additional exposure to leasehold and other transaction types as required. You will report directly to a Conveyancing Team Leader and ultimately to the Senior Conveyancing Manager, with the support of a legal assistant. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload appropriate to your experience, including freehold and leasehold transactions.Work with an assistant to ensure all cases progress in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).Meet individual targets including completion quotas.Maintain high standards of client care, communication, and professional conduct.Liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, and third parties to facilitate swift and accurate resolutions.Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory obligations using the firm's bespoke case management system.Contribute to regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with at least 12 months in a fee-earning capacity.Strong time management and organisational abilities.Proven record of achieving KPIs and meeting completion targets.Ability to work independently and proactively.Excellent communication and client care skills.Detail-oriented, with a solution-focused mindset.Comfortable working in a process-driven and tech-enabled environment.Proficient in MS Office; experience with conveyancing portals is a plus.
