You’ll perform hands-on calibrations, drive quality standards, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence and technical accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Carry out calibration work, method validation, and uncertainty calculationsEnsure compliance with ISO 17025 and internal quality proceduresProduce accurate technical reports in line with client requirementsPromote calibration best practices and safety protocolsSupport process improvements and drive efficiencyHelp resolve technical issues and customer concernsIdentify customer needs and support service enhancementMaintain calibration equipment and ensure regular upkeepAssist with internal and external audit readinessLiaise with the Quality team to ensure procedural complianceBenefits£28,000 – £34,000 salary depending on experienceUp to 25 days’ annual leave plus 8 bank holidaysChristmas shutdownFlexible working hoursFree onsite parkingEmployee ownership modelReady for a new challenge in a thriving technical environment?
