The clinic operates at the forefront of digital dentistry, with full access to 3D scanners, CAD/CAM systems, milling units, and advanced implant planning technologies.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who thrives in a modern, innovative, high-end implant environment.Role OverviewThe Dental Laboratory Technician (Lab Technician) will work closely with dentists, implantologists, and the digital design team to produce high-quality implant prosthetics and restorative solutions. This includes involvement in digital workflows, prosthetic planning, and the fabrication of implant-supported restorations.We welcome applicants with strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and a passion for advanced digital and implant laboratory work.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, fabricate, and finish implant-supported prosthetics including crowns, bridges, overdentures, and full-arch restorations.Work with digital dentistry systems including 3Shape, Exocad, or equivalent CAD/CAM platforms.Process, characterise, and finish zirconia, composite, acrylic, and hybrid prosthetic materials.Support digital implant planning through collaboration with the clinical team.Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, aesthetics, and fit.Manage and prepare digital and conventional impressions.Produce wax-ups, try-in prototypes, and verification models.Communicate effectively with clinicians and team members to meet case requirements and deadlines.Follow laboratory safety protocols, infection control procedures, and documentation standards.Essential RequirementsProven experience as a Dental Technician within a prosthetic or implant laboratory.Strong understanding of implant restorative workflows.Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad, or similar).Skilled in designing and fabricating implant prosthetics.Excellent manual dexterity, craftsmanship, and aesthetic awareness.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.High standard of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.Desirable ExperienceExperience with full-arch restorations (All-on-4 / All-on-6).Experience with advanced digital milling or 3D printing.Knowledge of occlusion principles and functional design.Previous work in a specialist implant or digital laboratory environment.BenefitsFlexible working (locum or permanent)Access to advanced digital implant technologySupportive and collaborative clinical-lab environmentOn-site parking
