They are seeking a KYC / onboarding specialist to work with them on a permanent basis.In this role you will be responsible of conducting the clients onboarding process, the periodic reviews and the maintenance of client’s activity profile in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures including the procurement of related KYC and other documentation. Additionally, to support the Banking services team & work closely with the Banking Services Supervisor to provide general client and account relationship services to the Bank’s customers on a day-to-day basis. To be a backup for the Senior Banking Services Officers to carry out all jobs performed by those officers while acting in that capacity.The successful KYC / onboarding specialist will have: · Education: Minimum ‘A’ Level· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of banking experience (or equivalent in a similar environment) with good understanding of Banking & client Services and general regulatory requirements.· A good knowledge and understanding of corporate entities structure.· A solid knowledge and understanding of UK AML and regulatory requirements with emphasis on KYC, transaction monitoring and reviews.· Additional language - French or Arabic- Desirable not essential.· Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills· Core Banking systems familiarity and understanding
