Job description - the role On behalf of our Financial Services Client we are looking for a Business Analyst KYC Onboarding for an initial 6-month contract based in the bank's London office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home. Purpose of the role To support the Faster Onboarding Project in the capacity of a Business Analyst Key responsibilities Drive initiatives and analysisManage and plan aspects of small change initiativesMaintaining detailed and accurate records of work undertaken and ensuring that work is compliant with the clients AFC project governance standardsGathering evidence to support the tracking/closure of project activitiesPro-active management of project activitiesFacilitation of meetings, including preparation of materialsDevelopment and maintenance of project documentationDevelopment and communication of information across project working groups, business divisions and S&ECreation of training material, delivery and associated administrationImplementation of revised/new processes Skills and Qualifications Previous Experience as a Business Analyst within an Investment bank is essentialPrevious experience working as a Business Analyst within a KYC/Onboarding project within another Investment Bank is essential.Good stakeholder management skillsGood KYC/Onboarding knowledge This client will only accept workers operating via a PAYE engagement model.
