Actively seeking opportunities to improve onsite service experience and deploy new initiatives in line with the ISS Global Strategy. Key ResponsibilitiesTo organise cleaning materials for daily use and liaise with the line manager to replenish required stocks when lowTo collect all rubbish from bin and kitchen areas, replace with clean liners, and remove all refuse from the buildingTo keep all surfaces clean and remove any stains/spillagesTo ensure all kitchen areas are left clean and tidy at all times including cleanliness of the fridge, preparation and sink areas including the washing of glasses and crockery and re-stocking cupboardsTo only use company approved chemicals when cleaningTo wear the required protective clothing where necessaryTo wash all kitchen and front of house floors using approved chemicals and signageTo replenish crockery, equipment and utensils front of houseTo undertake all aspects in cleaning equipment, walls, fixtures and fittings, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware etc according to cleaning rotas or as required and directedTo ensure that all stores and other areas of potential loss are secured at all times.To report any issues with regards to floors, walls, surfaces and equipment to the line managerTo carry out any reasonable management requestTo receive and implement any training required To assist at any special duties or functions which may fall outside of normal working hoursTo report any customer complaints or compliments and take remedial action wherever possibleTo attend meetings, courses and training sessions as may be necessary from time to timeTo relieve and assist in other areas within the unit or other establishments.To fill relevant cleaning schedule papers.To collect delivery, distribute and store goods.To carry out reasonable tasks assigned by chef manager.
