Job Title: Investment Analyst Location: Birmingham Working pattern: (Full-time, 5 days in office) Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 p.a., plus company bensMarks Sattin is partnering with our client, a Private Equity backed Real Estate firm in Birmingham to recruit an Investment Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis. This role would be well-suited to a highly analytical University Graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or any other quantitative field. The ideal candidate will have a passion or interest in Investment Banking, Investment Management, Private Equity or the Real Estate and will have strong analytical and quantitative abilities with proficient Microsoft Excel skills. You will also have a thirst for knowledge, an inquisitive nature and a commercial mind with a passion for business. The role will sit within the Investment Team and will support the transformation of real estate assets. You will play a critical part in analysing new and existing opportunities, delivering actionable insights, and helping drive informed investment decisions.
