You will be a CISI Level 6 (PCIAM) qualified Investment Manager with a focus on relationship management and business development. With 6+ years experience and proven business development experience, there is no requirement to bring clients as there is a small client book to take over, but you will have proven introducer relationships and new business channels and experience of dealing with UHNW clients including trusts and charities and be confident in adding c£10-15m AUM annually of new business. There is a separate portfolio management team so the focus for this role is very much relationship management advising private clients directly, and business development as there is a clear growth plan and targets in place for this small but growing team. On offer is a competitive basic salary and bonus scheme (OTE year 1-2 up to £140k) plus other fantastic benefits and a generous bonus scheme, as well as excellent working from home flexibility (typically 2-3 days a week in the office).
