This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced investment operations professional to join a highly respected organisation, supporting the accuracy, efficiency and ongoing improvement of key operational processes.The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining investment data, completing reconciliations, supporting reporting requirements and ensuring operational accuracy across the business.What you'll do:Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across investment management systems, including client information, custodian data, securities, transactions, pricing feeds, currency data, benchmarks, indices and other static data.Perform daily and periodic cash and stock reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and ensuring exceptions are resolved accurately and within agreed timescales.Complete trade order reconciliations, identifying breaks and working with custodians and internal teams to investigate root causes and prevent future issues.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational data through detailed reviews, validation checks and effective data management processes.Generate and analyse operational and regulatory reporting, including transaction reporting and client portfolio notifications.Produce regular client, custodian and internal MI reports, including AUM, cash movements and portfolio activity reporting.Prepare and distribute client reports, ensuring all required checks are completed before delivery.Support corporate action processes, including reviewing custodian notifications and ensuring accurate processing of elections and instructions.Work closely with custodians, platform providers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve processes.Support wider projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency, improving controls and streamlining processes.What you bring:18 months+ experience within investment operations, wealth management or asset management is essential.Proven experience with cash and stock reconciliations, investigating breaks and resolving operational discrepancies.Strong experience with data entry, data maintenance and ensuring accuracy across investment systems.Good understanding of investment products, transactions and operational processes.Experience working with custodians, platforms or third-party providers would be advantageous.Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders.Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.A professional approach with the ability to handle confidential client and business information.Please submit your CV today!Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
