The Role The business is growing and they are looking for an Associate to join the team to provide support to and work closely with a Partner and other senior fee earners on commercial property work.This would be in relation to a wide spectrum of transactions for funders, property companies, developers and end users of strategic real estate facilities, for substantial UK wide property investments and development projects.The work is challenging, varied and interesting and will provide opportunity to develop and nurture solid client relationships, as well as work closely with others within the team and firm. They are now looking to recruit a further Investment Manager into their North West team.With flexibility on office location within the region, the role offers you the opportunity to hit the ground running with 40 clients and c.£40m AUM to inherit, allowing you a strong opportunity to settle quickly into an established team and work closely with the existing team of Investment Managers.
