Titan Private Wealth our investment management arm, recently rebranded from Cardale, founded in 2003 and based in Harrogate.The Junior Operational Intelligence Analyst will be based in our Bristol office on a hybrid basis (three days per week in the office, two from home), working closely with and supporting the operations function. The role involves delivering accurate data insights, maintaining operational reporting, and contributing to data-driven projects. You will play a key role in ensuring data quality, supporting system and migration activities, and responding to data-related queries, enabling informed decision-making across the business.This is an exciting opportunity to join Titan as we continue to grow and scale. Candidates joining us at this pivotal stage will have the chance to make a real impact on the success of the business.Responsibilities Maintain and update regular operational reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timelinessSupport the collection, tracking, and analysis of operational dataAssist with ongoing projects, including data tracking initiatives and performance monitoringSupport system updates and enhancements by validating data and assisting with testing activitiesAssist in IO (Input/Output) migrations, including data preparation, validation, and reconciliationPerform data cleansing activities to improve data quality and integrityRespond to data queries from shared inboxes and internal stakeholders in a timely mannerWork closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide supportIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data workflowsEnsure data is handled in line with company policies and regulatory requirementsCritical Skills and Experience requiredStrong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracyBasic experience with data analysis and reporting (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets or similar)Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyGood problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issuesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentComfortable working with large datasets and performing data validationExposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools (desirable but not essential)Qualifications (Essential & Desirable)Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. Data Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Economics) – desirableExperience in a data-focused or operations support role – desirableAdvanced Excel skills (e.g. formulas, pivot tables) – desirableKey Interfaces (Internal and External)Business Operations Director Regional Managing Directors Head of Central OperationsHead of Corporate Administration Head of Operations Excellence Client Operations Director Compliance, Risk, Technology and Data teams FCA requirements TCF/RCRAdhere to all FCA regulations including consumer duty.To highlight to your line manager procedures & processes that do not adhere to the principles of TCF/RCR and to put forward suggestions that improve the TCF/RCR practices within the department.Our employees are talented people, distinguished by excellence.
