This role will be hybrid working and ideally based in one of our Bristol, Amersham or Leeds offices.The successful Business Analyst will support the business in developing and expanding our platforms across our analytics, benefits, engagement and reward services. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the business, our clients and users, and the development team in order to support and drive the development of our powerful and valuable online platforms, tools and services.Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders, including SMEs, clients, users, project managers, and development teams, to elicit, prioritise and document requirements.Apply a range of business analysis techniques and approaches to ensure requirements captured are comprehensive and accurate. Conduct analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.Where required, arrange, run and lead workshops in support of this business analysis process.Create detailed specifications, user stories, and other documentation to communicate requirements to the development team.Work closely with designers and developers to clarify requirements, capture estimates, resolve issues, and ensure the successful delivery of software projects.Contribute to and facilitate business readiness planning, including assisting in the communication and delivery of training of platform features and development plans to the business and our usersCarry out research to help with market analysis, competitor analysis and technology trends relating to the project Qualifications/Experience At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst, working on software development projects within an Agile framework.A logical and methodical mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, working with others to propose creative solutions.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Strong understanding and experienced in the steps, techniques and approaches used by business analysts.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to elicit requirements and priorities.
