The role has two main elements, one linked to client investment administration, the other is IMC administration. Responsibilities include:Constructing client portfolio reviews and managing reviews within the annual timetable, sending client reviews and following up on non-responsesChecking regular contributions are linked to template reportsChecking phased buys are up to date with model portfoliosSubmitting investment trade data to platform providersHandling customer queries, keeping the Client Investment Oversight Officer updated on progress and trendsProvide data for the IMC – includes analysis of investment models, performance/contribution analysis and investment researchSkills / Experience Required: For the Investment Administrator role, you must have experience in investment switches within an IFA practice. The role is largely office based, as the teamwork between this role and that of the Client Investment Manager is so important.
