We are seeking a dedicated Lead Pensions Administrator to manage the Civil Aviation Authority Pension Scheme (CAAPS) for CAA & NATS. This role is crucial in providing top-notch pension administration services, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our members with their pension need. In this role you will be responsible for the following; Calculate retirement quotations and settlements, refunds of contributions deferred pensions, death benefits, transfers in and out, compensation benefits, reinstatements and pension sharing on divorce.Calculate and advise on AVC projectionsLiaise with external AVC providers re new contributors or dis-investment of AVC fundsUpdate Altair computer database to ensure that an accurate database is maintained and check/test new system updatesCheck other administrators’ calculation results if necessaryLiaise with HR & payroll departments to obtain and provide informationCommunicate orally & in writing to advise members of their benefits and answer member queries.
