Our Client: An established medical equipment provider for the NHS and private healthcare sectors. They have an opening for an Inventory Administrator reporting into the Operations Manager. You will be working within a team to catalogue, quality check and ensure a smooth delivery of the equipment library. Based at North West Anglian Trust based at the Peterborough City Hospital you'll be providing a high quality service to the on-site team. The Role: Ensure items in the library are ready and fit for useEnsure requests are completed within agreed time frameEnsure collections are completed when items are no longer required, within agreed time framesAccurate record keeping and ensuring the equipment database is up to dateResponsible for informing of any health and safety concerns you identify and for completing an adverse event form for any accidents, incidents or near-misses that happen to you or that you are aware of to reduce injuries or lossConfidentiality of all matters that they may learn in the course of their employment, meeting the requirements under the Data Protection ActAny other relevant duty that assists in the smooth operation of the Equipment Library. About You: Excellent communication skills Highly organised and able to categorise equipment and dataComputer savvy to update internal databasesQuick learner and work well within a team and help train others when neededYou must be able to follow processes and proceduresAbility to prioritise workloadDBS checks will be carried out for the role
