You will work closely with the wider sales team, proactively following up warm leads, quotations and appointments, developing new opportunities and ensuring customers receive a professional and seamless experience throughout the sales process.The Role Your responsibilities will include:Proactively following up post-appointment sales opportunities and converting prospects into customers.Following up quotation requests and identifying opportunities to generate additional business.Developing relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and other communication channels.Providing a consistently high level of customer service and ensuring a positive customer journey.Managing and updating the CRM system, ensuring all customer and sales activity is accurately recorded.Providing timely and accurate quotations to customers.Processing sales amendments and changes efficiently and in line with company procedures.Handling incoming telephone enquiries and identifying the appropriate next steps.Managing customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate.Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider sales team to maximise opportunities.Keeping relevant internal departments updated on customer communications and requirements.Maintaining accurate daily sales activity and performance information.Qualifying and directing leads to the appropriate sales personnel.Contributing ideas and feedback to continually improve the sales process and customer experience.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is commercially minded, confident on the telephone and motivated by achieving results.
