With continued growth and a strong reputation for quality, innovation and design, they are now looking to appoint a *** Sales Coordinator *** to support their busy commercial and operations teams.This is a varied coordination role, acting as the link between customers, distributors, logistics providers, production and internal project teams. You’ll help ensure orders, projects and deliveries run smoothly from enquiry through to completion.The Sales Coordinator RoleAs Sales Coordinator, you’ll be involved in:Processing and coordinating customer ordersActing as a key point of contact for UK and international customersLiaising with internal production, logistics, project and commercial teamsKeeping customers updated on order progress, production schedules and delivery timelinesOrganising UK and international freight movementsPreparing export and shipping documentation where requiredSupporting invoicing, credit notes and general commercial administrationMaintaining accurate customer, order and project recordsHelping to ensure projects and orders are delivered smoothly and on timeSales Coordinator - The ideal candidate:The ideal candidate will have experience within a coordination, administration, sales support, logistics, export or customer service role.
