Recruiter/ Internal Recruiter Location: Milton Keynes Job Type: Full-time, hybrid opportunity after the probation (3 days in office, 2 working from home)Reporting to: Head of HR We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to provide comprehensive recruitment support to the HR Administration Manager and Internal Recruitment team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidate shortlists and supporting the management with recruitment-related queries and training. Day-to-day of the role: Schedule and conduct telephone interviews to screen candidates effectively.Manage the screening of applications and provide timely updates on the performance of job adverts in terms of quality and quantity of applications.Deliver quality shortlists of interviewed candidates within set timelines.Assist managers with queries and issues related to recruitment in Workday.Conduct monthly reporting of recruitment KPIs and deliver these KPIs to managers.Train relevant managers on Workday functionalities and recruitment processes.Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate closely with the recruitment administrator to streamline recruitment activities.
