Position Overview We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and onboard exceptional talent across a variety of roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, represent LivGreen to external candidates, and ensure a smooth, professional recruitment process from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while supporting business growth. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across multiple departments and regionsPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on best hiring strategiesWrite engaging job adverts and post across relevant platformsSource candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and proactive outreachScreen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with managersEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the processMaintain accurate records of applicants and hiring activityCoordinate pre-employment checks, references, and offersSupport onboarding of new hires in collaboration with HR and line managersDevelop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needsSupport the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate attraction Requirements Essential: Previous experience in internal recruitment, agency recruitment, or talent acquisitionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and job boardsAble to manage multiple vacancies at paceProfessional, proactive, and solutions-focused Desirable: Experience recruiting for roles in construction, sustainability, or engineeringKnowledge of employer branding or social recruitment strategiesFamiliarity with onboarding processes or HR systems If you would like any further information prior to applying, please get in touch with Imogen.
