About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Manager will be a key member of the leadership team. You will take full ownership of HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, policy development, and employee engagement. This is an office-based role at the company’s main site in Reading, where you’ll help shape a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.
