WTW Networks is an integral part of the WTW Group in the UK, providing the distribution route for WTW Group in the SME and Mid Market sectors. This unique partnership, between WTW and the Independent Brokers in our Network, creates significant synergies and opportunity for all parties, including our panel of Insurer Partners, with whom we work very closely. At WTW Networks we support our Network Member Brokers on all aspects of running a successful brokerage - from staff training and development, to sales and marketing, from technical and claims issues to placement support and solutions, from starting a new venture to succession planning and sale. Delivering value to our Insurer Partners is equally as important for the success of our Network, and we work hard to provide support in terms of Network Member Broker engagement, insight and opportunityThe Role An important new role has been created, in WTW Networks team, which offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with both our Network Member Brokers and our Partner Insurers.In this role, reporting to our Commercial Director, you will become an integral part of our close-knit team. You will work closely with our relationship managers, developing a comprehensive understanding of, and a strong working relationship with, our Network Member Brokers and Partner Insurers. Harnessing the power of our MI database, you will identify individual broker and cross-broker opportunity, match it to our Partner Insurer appetite, obtain buy-in from all parties and manage the placements through to a successful conclusion. You will have the opportunity to evolve and shape the role, which will also enable you to liaise closely with the Broking Team from the wider WTW Group, providing you with additional fire power and market knowledge. This will also give you access to WTW facilities and the ability to innovate and create further facilities, for our Network Member Brokers, where a wider need is identified across our Membership.Whilst based from home, you will have numerous face to face meetings with your Network Team colleagues, Network Member Brokers, and Insurer Partners, in this highly rewarding role. The Requirements A pro-active and tenacious self-starter, you will need strong trading and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship management capabilities and good market knowledge. An ability to deal with brokers and insurers at every level is also an important requirement, as is a good grounding in technical and broking knowledge.
