Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring top-tier service.Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products, identifying client needs and recommending tailored solutions.Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms for clients.Handle renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments with precision and efficiency.Stay up to date with industry regulations, maintaining full FCA compliance. Required Skills and Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Insurance Broker, ideally in commercial lines. Strong background in managing insurance portfolios across various sectors.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients and insurers.Cert CII (or working towards) is highly desirable.
